Develop Parent Provider Partnerships that work! We will define what a partnership is and what it is not. How do we develop a relationship with parents and still establish policies that meet our needs as caregivers? By looking at child care from a parents perspective, we can articulate rules that are respectful of both the provider and the parent and meet the needs of both. Understanding how child care looks from a parents perspective is a great way to discover how to help the parent see child care from our perspective.

This workshop will explore the key characteristics of Autism Spectrum disorder. We will come to understand what it might feel like, to think like, a child with autism by using a recent book from the best sellers list. CCC. What Exactly is Curriculum Anyway? (CDA 2)- Barb Wagner
So many of us think of curriculum and automatically think projects, yet the curriculum we choose for our program is more than the themed arts and crafts. It is our program as a whole from the environment and schedule right down to the actual activities we plan for our children. This class will help you understand what curriculum is, and how you can make it a reality in your program, and also take a look at a variety of pre packaged to help you make an informed choice.

DDD. Child Care Driving you Crazy?? - Marge Zakrzewski
How your environment is organized has a powerful influence over the way children and adults behave and interact.
